With her remarkable talent for fostering relationships, Ellie Mae is the true star of the Texas Classic Custom Homes team. Our beloved office greeter warmly welcomes everyone who walks through the door with an enthusiastic wag of her tail and an eagerness to connect, instantly making clients feel at home.

Linda, our founder, discovered her love for the Jack Russell breed through her previous dog, Daisy Mae, whom she bonded with on a job site. After Daisy Mae passed, Linda knew she wanted another Jack Russell, but it was actually Ellie who chose her. When the tiny puppy crawled into Linda’s lap upon meeting her, it was an instant connection. 

Of course, Ellie’s more than just a greeter. In her self-appointed role as the office trash collector, Ellie diligently picks up any scraps she finds on the floor and brings them to Linda’s desk. Don’t expect her to drop them without getting a treat, though!

She even participates in meetings, often claiming a chair at the table, ready to contribute her unique brand of canine insight. Admittedly, her attention span tends to drift, and she might need a bit of work on her professionalism, but her enthusiasm and love for her team are truly unmatched!

Ellie Mae’s natural ability to engage with everyone she meets leaves a lasting impression – something that’s especially evident in her special bond with our regular delivery guys, who always come prepared with tasty treats just for her.

When she’s on break, you’ll likely find Ellie lounging under Linda’s desk, adorably snoozing on her back with her legs in the air.
