Firm up our fit.
Our first meeting is all about making sure Texas Classic Custom Homes is the right fit for what you need. We’ll talk about your needs and goals, then go over big picture things like financing and site evaluation.

Articulate the plan.
Over the course of three meetings together, we turn your dreams into specifics: by the end of this part of the process, you’ll have a finalized architectural drawing of your home, product specifications, a budget, and a signed contract with us to turn in to your lender.

Meet requirements.
During this phase, while we wait for your lender to approve the construction loan for your new home, you have the option to apply for permits to expedite the process. After approval, we’ll conduct pre-construction meetings.

Item selection.
Before construction begins, you meet with us to choose from 30+ categories of products for the house that will be ordered ahead of time. Everything from custom cabinets and trim to plumbing and appliances.

Let us handle construction & cleanup.
Our crew will build your perfect home, and you’ll be able to do a walkthrough before each phase begins to ensure everything is going according to plan.
